Over the course of the next four years, each disease below will be a focus in the RosBREED project. Each disease will be covered in greater detail in our Rosaceae Nemesis articles, which will be linked to the images below.
An important part of phenotyping our crop reference sets in RosBREED is providing common pathology protocols and verification of these sources of purported resistance for each crop. For each disease that has an available protocol for assessing resistance, details are available by selecting the appropriate image, below.
